Overview
Espoir de Mères et d'Enfants is a Belgian nonprofit (ASBL). Beyond a public website, they needed a custom platform: online donations, member management, and automated emails — replacing several paid tools with one system the organization owns outright.
The challenge
Why it mattered
Nonprofits run lean, and every euro spent on a donation platform, a CRM, and an email service is a euro not spent on the mission. They needed a single owned system that accepts donations, manages members, and sends receipts and updates automatically — without recurring SaaS fees eating the budget.
What I built
- Public website with the ASBL's legal pages for a Belgian nonprofit
- Stripe donation flow with automatic receipts
- Member management to track supporters and volunteers in one place
- Automated transactional email — receipts and newsletters via Resend
- Admin dashboard so the team runs everything without touching code
The result
In active build — one platform the organization owns, cutting recurring SaaS costs and the admin time that used to be spread across three separate tools.
